RISK MANAGEMENT
MEDIUS Group regards risk management as an important management issue as it aims to improve corporate value and achieve sustainable growth. By appropriately managing the risks associated with business activities, we aim to ensure the stability and reliability of management and meet the expectations of stakeholders.
To this end, we have positioned risk management as a company-wide initiative, and have established a risk management system that involves everyone from management to employees working together to identify, evaluate, and manage risks.
Our Group has established the Risk Committee as a sustainability specialist committee to manage risks across the Group and monitor the response of each company. The Risk Committee collects and examines important risks that have been evaluated, analyzed, and reported by the Compliance Committee, Group-wide committees (Information Systems Committee, Personnel Committee, etc.), and Sustainability Specialist Committees (Social Coexistence Committee, Human Capital Committee, etc.), and reports to the Board of Directors in cooperation with the Sustainability Committee.
