RISK MANAGEMENT
MEDIUS Group has established a Risk Committee as a system for managing risks related to business operations and is working to strengthen risk management by, for example, formulating a policy for business continuity in the event of an emergency.
Our Group has established the Risk Committee as a sustainability specialist committee to manage risks across the Group and monitor the response of each company. The Risk Committee collects and examines important risks that have been evaluated, analyzed, and reported by the Compliance Committee, Group-wide committees (Information Systems Committee, Personnel Committee, etc.), and Sustainability Specialist Committees (Social Coexistence Committee, Human Capital Committee, etc.), and reports to the Board of Directors in cooperation with the Sustainability Committee.
