Message from the President
To make our business objective of "contributing to local medical care" sustainable, we must always be trusted and needed by society, even in an era of accelerating social change. Our group has set the corporate vision of being number one in trust, service proposal capabilities, and group strength, and aims to maximize our corporate value by becoming the overwhelming number one medical equipment dealer. To achieve this, we believe it is important to build a management foundation that can continue to grow in a way that is not dependent on individuals, so we will formulate management plans for the themes of human resources, customers, and finances, and build schemes that are in line with the times.
With regard to human resources, we aim to strengthen our human capital by increasing employee engagement and productivity through an employment system that enables each employee to realize their potential. With regard to customers, we will pursue higher value provision by focusing on proposing custom-made solutions that are tailored to the characteristics of each medical institution. We are also working to improve CSR, including by carrying out group-wide social contribution activities. Through these activities, we will increase the overall strength of the group by maintaining a profit structure that allows for growth, and contribute to solving the increasingly complex and sophisticated challenges of regional medical care.
