Shareholder benefits

We have implemented a shareholder benefit program to express our gratitude to our shareholders for their ongoing support, to increase the attractiveness of investing in our shares, and to encourage more people to hold our shares.
This offer is open to shareholders who hold one unit (100 shares) or more as of the record date (the end of June).

If you choose to receive your gift by QUO card, no further procedures are required.
If you choose to make a social contribution (donation to Doctors Without Borders), please apply using the two-dimensional barcode enclosed with the Notice of the General Meeting General Shareholders Meeting.

We will continue to strive to improve our corporate value, and we appreciate the continued support of our shareholders.

Médecins Sans Frontières is a private non-profit medical humanitarian organization. They send emergency medical assistance to people in conflict, disaster, and poverty-stricken areas in an independent, neutral, and impartial way. MSF was founded in France 1971 and opened their Japan office in 1992.

As a company that supports medical sites dealing directly with people’s lives and health, the Medius Group has a shareholder benefits option and matches employees’ donations to help support MSF’s activities.
