Business Continuity Policy

MEDIUS Holdings Co., Ltd. and its group companies (hereinafter referred to as "our group") are mainly engaged in the medical equipment sales business, solution business, and nursing care and welfare business. Since it is expected that the customers who use the Group's products and services will be greatly affected and lose their trust, we have adopted this policy as a response to various threats that could disrupt the Group's business. We have formulated a Business Continuity Plan (hereinafter referred to as "BCP") based on this policy, and declare that we will make continuous improvements in response to environmental changes both inside and outside the company.

(1) Prevention and correction of business interruption

The Group clarifies the business that should be prioritized for continuation and restoration, fully recognizes and analyzes the risks related to business interruption so that the business can be restored within the target recovery time, and takes necessary and rational management measures. , We will prevent business interruption by establishing in advance the system and response procedures in the event of an emergency. In addition, when we detect new threats that affect business continuity, we will take corrective action without delay.

(5) Continuous improvement of BCP
